AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using the website https://www.thegoldenvoice.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

ELIGIBILITY
To use this website, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the site, you affirm that you meet the age requirement and are legally able to enter into these terms.

SERVICES PROVIDED
The Golden Voice provides online and in-person vocal coaching services, artist development programs, and related educational resources.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for lessons, courses, or packages is due in full before services are rendered. All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect sessions already paid for.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Session cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated in your coaching agreement or onboarding materials. Failure to follow these terms may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

USE RESTRICTIONS
You may not:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer any part of the site
  • Interfere with other users’ experience
  • Share copyrighted materials from our site without permission

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, logos, videos, and materials are owned by The Golden Voice or licensed to us. The Golden Voice is a trademarked mark of ARLU LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.

DISCLAIMERS
We make no guarantees regarding vocal progress, career outcomes, or success as these vary by individual. Coaching results depend on effort, consistency, and participation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Golden Voice is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of this site or services.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold The Golden Voice harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the site or services, or your violation of these terms.

TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our site or services at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

    Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
  5. Opt-In Method:
    Opt-in to receive SMS messages from THE GOLDEN VOICE can be done in the following ways: Verbally, during a conversation
  6. Opt-Out Method:
    Opting out of receiving SMS messages can be done at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message received. Alternatively, direct contact can be made to request removal from the messaging list.
  7. Help:

    Additional Options:
    If SMS messages are not desired, the SMS consent box on forms can be left unchecked.
