Use this form to register with The Golden Voice and gain access to our student portal.

How to register:

Parent registering for child or minor

• Step 1: Please enter your child/minor’s information in the student section with the ‘Child‘ radio button selected. An email address is not necessary. Click ‘Next‘.
• Step 2: Enter your own information including an email and phone number into the ‘Contact Info‘ section. Review and agree to the policies and click ‘Next‘.
• Step 3: You will be asked for a credit card for your auto-paid lessons. No charge will be made to your card from filling out this form. Lessons are charged on the 24th day of each month for the following month.

Adult registering for themselves

• Step 1: Select the ‘Adult‘ radio button and enter your details. Click ‘Next‘.
• Step 2: Enter your own information including an email and phone number into the ‘Contact Info‘ section. Review and agree to the policies and click ‘Next‘.
• Step 3: You will be asked for a credit card for your auto-paid lessons. No charge will be made to your card from filling out this form. Lessons are charged on the 24th day of each month for the following month.
