PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for lessons, courses, or packages is due in full before services are rendered. All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect sessions already paid for.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Session cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated in your coaching agreement or onboarding materials. Failure to follow these terms may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

USE RESTRICTIONS
You may not:

Use the site for unlawful purposes

Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer any part of the site

Interfere with other users’ experience

Share copyrighted materials from our site without permission

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, logos, videos, and materials are owned by The Golden Voice or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.

We make no guarantees regarding vocal progress, career outcomes, or success as these vary by individual. Coaching results depend on effort, consistency, and participation.
