Student Contract and Operating Policy

This is a contractual agreement for admittance into The Golden Voice for 2011-2012. Signing of this contract confirms that you have read and understand all of its contents. If you have any questions or concerns about adhering to the following guidelines, or about lessons in general, please feel free to discuss them with me.

What is expected from you.

Be on time

I expect you to be on time to all lessons, not even one minute late. If this means arriving early, then do so. My time is extremely valuable and so is yours. We at The Golden Voice only work with the best and this means being better than the other 99%. With that being said, if you are signing this contract, then I consider you to be one of the elite few.

Practice
I expect you to practice minimum 15 minutes a day, preferably an hour.

Weekly lessons
To get the most out of your coaching, you need to have consistency with lessons. We will book your lessons weekly.

Open communication
I need you to help me "help you". The Golden Voice studio is a safe room where you can tell me any of your challenges and know that it will stay in the vault. Your privacy is honored.

Cancellation Policy

Please call my mobile phone (310-500-7738) minimum 24 hours before your lesson if you must miss a session. If a student needs to reschedule a lesson for any reason, arrangements must be made as early as possible. If at least 24 hours' notice is given, a makeup lesson will be scheduled at the earliest possible date. If less than 24 hours' notice is given or if a lesson is skipped and no advance contact is made, students will be charged for the scheduled lesson and no makeup lesson will be given. If the teacher must miss a lesson, advance notice will be given and a make-up lesson will be scheduled at the earliest possible date. CLASSES INSIDE OF PACKAGE ARE TO BE USED WITHIN 120 DAYS AFTER FIRST SESSION.

Refund Policy

Packages are non-refundable. The Golden Voice has the right to refund a portion of packages, due to extenuating circumstances such as relocation or severe illness, subject only to The Golden Voice's approval in writing. Used lessons will be charged at rate of $150 per session and approved refund will be the remaining balance less all credit card fee's.

By making a payment, I certify that I have read, understand and comply to agree with all rules and regulations of The Golden Voice. I agree to hold harmless The Golden Voice, and all their officers, employees, representatives, directors or agents from and against all liability claims, suits, damages, levies, costs, losses and fees including attorney fees arising out of, or related to, my activities or actions during training with The Golden Voice in 2012.
